Paulo's Brazilian zen massage is the most layered, thoughtful massage I've ever received. There were so many elements to the massage. I pulled a muscle in my back a couple of days before the massage and the care Paulo provided in working out the soreness was incredible. I left pain free and relaxed. Paulo is a true expert in technique and skill. I highly recommend.
I am a very demanding person and this professional Paulo is really good, he has a lot of technique and skill in massage, I left so relaxed and energized! the place is clean, harmonious, relaxing. I really recommend this!
Paulo Paulo Paulo, Can't say enough!! We stopped getting massages after a fall from a massage table with students. We decided to go with BZM. Make no mistakes Paulo is by far the absolute best masseuse in the business here in San Diego! He came to our hotel and did 2 90 mins back to back massages with strength to spare! We have found a new massage therapist who knows what he is doing!!Will see him on a regular basis indeed! Donna and Cassie

Paulo is amazing. I had this muscle pain on my upper back that went all the way to my neck. I was having insomnia and was stressed out. He knows exactly what he is doing and that same day of my massage I went home so relaxed and the best sleep that I needed. I feel so much better and I can now go back to my routine and sleep better at night. Thank you Paulo.

Paulo is the best massage therapist I've ever worked with. He is so nice and welcoming and ensures you feel comfortable at all times. He is so attuned to what my body needs and works patiently with those areas that need extra care. His craniosacral therapy massage is the BEST I've ever had.
